We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Marketing Manager for the Regional Marketing Team.
Main tasks of the position:
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan across all European countries
Achieve business targets in specific fields within AT, i.e. genetic identity (forensics) and veterinary testing
Participation in the development and implementation of the company's vision and direction in Europe
Management of the marketing mix by target segment
Promotion of relevant products from across the portfolio
Driving business and building our competitive position across the region
Plan and implement measurable marketing campaigns and activities
Supporting existing important product lines to maintain or establish market leadership, and taking new products / technologies to market
Position requirements:
Demonstrable 3 years' minimum successful work experience in sales or marketing in molecular biology
Thorough working knowledge of the Applied Testing market
Bachelors or higher in a relevant scientific discipline
Fluent in spoken and written English. A second language (e.g. German) would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills
The ability to make things happen
Self-motivated
Very reliable
Strong ability to work well with others on teams and in projects
Willingness to travel is essential
Salary based on experience and skills.
