Collections Executive March Start Date Glasgow   £13,200 plus uncapped bonus

Due to continued expansion our client is currently recruiting for Collection Executives to join their prestigious organisation based in the City Centre.

Responsibilities Include:

• Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect outstanding monies
• Where applicable negotiate best fit repayments plans
• Ensure all calls are logged accurately onto the internal database
• Ensure all collection and KPI targets are met

Skills and Experience Preferred:

• Call and contact centre outbound sales or collections experience
• Proven track record of working to targets
• Professional telephone manner
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Strong team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Time management skills

37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and up to 2 Saturdays per month 9am-12pm
