12 month fixed term contract

Our client a highly successful organisation seeks experienced Accounts Payable Associates to join an Accounts Payable team within a shared service centre environment.

Key tasks will include -

* Day to day accounts payable activities within a high volume processing environment with a remit spanning multiple overseas sites.

* Communicating with overseas contacts in your 2nd European language. 

* Day to day invoice processing and analysis of invoices and payments.

* Provide assistance at month end and year end.

* Spreadsheet activities and KPI reporting

* Processing/analysis of employee expenses. 

* Ensure  transactions have been authorised in line with internal controls and processes.

* Authorisation of bank transactions. 

The successful candidate will be fluent in English together with a a 2nd European language having gained experience within an international environment.
