My client, a respected independent insurance broker is seeking an experienced commercial insurance new business account developer with a proven track record within the commercial/corporate insurance broking market to further expand their presence in West of Scotland.

The role:

·To generate and manage a portfolio of clients/introducers to ensure continued profitability and effective cost management whilst building and growing new business.

·Maintaining and developing good working relationships in order to retain and grow client portfolio.

·Offering fully FSA compliant advise across all areas of commercial insurance risks

The Person:

·Experience of working in a commercial insurance new business environment essential 

·Comprehensive commercial insurance knowledge

·Excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills

·ACII preferred but not essential.
