We have a large client base and focus on enabling organisations to tell their stories through a variety of media. In the role of Producer-Director the successful candidate will become part of an exciting and creative film and video team working on a variety of projects spanning a wide range of sectors and creative briefs.

The successful applicant must be able to self-motivate and operate to a high degree of effectiveness with minimal oversight. They should be an effective communicator and able to converse with a variety of people in appropriate ways. They will also be organized and thorough, with the ability to learn quickly.

We are looking for someone with a track record of film making experience and a demonstrable passion for their craft. The right person will have all the practical and creative skills necessary to take on full directorial responsibilities and will also be able to self- produce as well as production manage their own projects as well as others.
