The role of the Product Account Manager is a key part of the VOXUR sales team. VOXUR is our video engagement tool designed and built by 55degrees and used widely by public sector organisations. The role is to establish and develop a relationship with the customer ensuring 55degrees provide the best possible level of service, identifying areas of mutual benefit and maximising sales.
As an active member of the team you will be expected to plan and lead sales activity in VOXUR’s key markets including Health, Education, Community Regeneration and Youth Work.
The successful candidate will be driven to extend their skills base throughout their role, motivated and must be able to demonstrate the capability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Required Skills
- Must be an excellent communicator (both written and verbally) with experience of market intelligence gathering and customer relationship management
- Have the ability to show care and compassion due to the variety of our public sector clients
- High level of computer literacy
- Care and attention to detail and an aspiration for perfection are required
- Telemarketing experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- The ability to adopt a concise approach to the delivery of client training
- Ability to write compelling narrative for ensuring marketing materials are kept up to date
- Valid UK or European driving license
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexible approach – able to multi task on a wide range of duties
Ideally the successful candidate will be educated to a degree level (or with equivalent work experience) and have experience of customer relationship management or experience of customer service environment. Experience of business development, events management and product training are desirable.
