KJ Tait Engineers are a leading, innovative practice of Building Services Engineers with a portfolio of prestigious commissions throughout the UK, including the £100m Robert Gordon University New Garthdee Campus in Aberdeen, the £145m New Laboratory for Molecular Biology in Cambridge, and the refurbishment of Banff & Buchan College Campus in Fraserburgh.  We have a strong client base and portfolio of work in Aberdeen which has been developed since opening our office in Aberdeen 5 years ago. We seek the following to join our enthusiastic team in Aberdeen:

SENIOR/INTERMEDIATE MECHANICAL BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN ENGINEERS

INTERMEDIATE/GRADUATE/JUNIOR ELECTRICAL BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN ENGINEERS

These positions will involve the design of Mechanical and Electrical building services and applicants should be experienced in a similar role to be considered for the Senior and Intermediate positions.

Applicants for the Senior role should preferably be degree qualified in an appropriate discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, energy, or building services engineering or similar) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.  Applicants for the Intermediate roles should be degree/HND/HNC qualified with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.  Applicants for the Graduate position should hold a relevant degree.  Applicants for the Junior position should be HND/HNC qualified or hold experience in a similar role in building services design.

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills, personal confidence and the ability to engage directly with our clients.  This is a professional role and strong communication skills are required.
