Job Summary

Grade: Grade 10 £30,858 - £33,763 Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Cunninghame House, Irvine What is the Role? The Business Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations change as part of the Change Programme. This includes challenging existing structures and ways of working, gathering and analysing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, systems requirements and potential efficiency savings. Change Management, including the facilitation of the adoption of new or improved processes, is also involved. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximise the benefit of investments

What will you do?

You will meet with decision makers, service managers, and staff to define business requirements, review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and processes and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these. You will also perform cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.

What do you need to bring to the Role?

For this post you will need a HND/Degree or equivalent, exeprience of systems or business analysis and proven skills in change management and process re-engineering. You must also be able to travel throughout North Ayrshire.
