Positions starting Aug 30th - 4 weeks training (training is Full Time)

Full Time Sales and Service Professionals Required - to work on behalf of a well known financial services client.

Shift patterns are 5 days over 7 between 07:00-22:00 (8 hour shifts)

The successful candidates will posses

  • Experience within a customer service related role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Experience in the Financial Sector preferred, but not required
  • A high degree of integrity and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of our enquiries.
  • Ability to identify customer needs quickly and identify the best resolution for the situation
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to suit our customers banking needs.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility while working within a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident computer skills.
