You will work for an excellent employer and in a service which offers support and care at home to individuals living in the Scottish Borders area who have learning difficulties, mental health issues or physical disabilities.
You must have experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and/or mental health problems. Understanding and managing complex budgets are essential. You must also be able to manage and motivate a team of staff across a wide geographical area. You will have achieved at least a professional qualification or SVQ 3 in care and hold or be willing to work towards an SVQ 4 in Care. A car driver and owner are essential for this post.
