This is an exciting time for the Customer Service Operations team within Dunfermline Building Society as we move into a new multi-branded Customer Service Operations function.

Contract: 12 months (maternity cover). Mon to Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm (flexibility required)
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated team manager who has a positive outlook in the face of change. You will already have worked in the Financial Services industry and have experience in processing mortgages and/or savings products.
The role of Team Manager is to develop, manage and motivate a team of Administrators dealing with a variety of Customer Service Operations related matters. As a Team Manager you will be accountable for the performance of your team so you need to be results focussed with excellent interpersonal skills in order to develop your team members to be the very best they can be. You will be regarded as a role model in attitude and behaviour and a natural leader who inspires high achievement in others by being an advocate of continuous improvement and change. To excel in this role you will need to achieve effective levels of productivity, high quality standards and achieve agreed service standards. The ability to forecast workloads, analyse data, identify solutions and effectively communicate objectives to a team is essential.
