Job Summary

Grade: Grade 10 £30,858 - £33,763 Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Perceton House, Irvine What is the Role? To assist the Inspection Supervisor in the management and monitoring of a range of housing improvement and maintenance contracts.

What will you do?

Contribute to the development and delivery of a large multi-year contracts including financial oversight and quality control of contractor(s). Deputise for the Inspection Supervisor where necessary including day to day supervision of Inspection Unit staff.

What do you need to bring to the Role?

HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Experience of contract management and financial monitoring of construction contracts. Sound knowledge of contract documentation.
