Job Summary

Grade: Grade 9 £27,423 - £29,963 Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Montgomerie House, Kilwinning What is the Role? To deliver a high quality streetscene environment within a defined geographical area that is regulatory compliant and through partnership working meets the needs of the local community.

What will you do?

Co-ordinate projects within Streetscene, primarily within grounds maintenance, cemeteries and street cleaning. Provide technical expertise and support to the Streetscene Manager at a strategic level, in order to drive forward change, improvement in performance and service quality. Co-ordinate and performance manage assigned projects, ensuring that agreed outcomes are delivered. Record, monitor and maintain streetscene assets. Work closely with internal and external partners offering advice and guidance on grounds maintenance, cemeteries, litter and other environmental related matters. Carry out enforcement with regards to litter and dog fouling and where appropriate issue fixed penalty notices.

What do you need to bring to the Role?

CPD record in Environmental Management, experience in working with partners and other agencies and knowledge of Health & Safety, Horticulture and Enforcement procedures.
