Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef for this fantastic property within the west coast.  This stunning property offers a variety of options when it comes to dining, weddings and conferences.

Working within a brigade of 10, you will report directly to the Executive Head Chef but will be responsible for the day to day operation of the property.  You will have previous management experience and be able to lead by example.  Experience of all corners of the kitchen is essential including pastry, stock control, menu planning and training will also be daily tasks.

Ideally you will have experience at a similar level or a strong Junior Sous looking for their first Sous Chef position.
