Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for this fantastic property within the west coast.  This stunning property offers a variety of options when it comes to dining, weddings and conferences.

Working within a brigade of 10, you will report directly to the Sous Chef.  You must be able to work as part of a team as well running your own section within the kitchen.  Experience of working within an all fresh produce environment and to 1 rosette standard would be an advantage.

You will be expected to be able to work in all areas of the kitchen including the larder, veg section and sauce and on some occasions running the pass.

Previous experience in a similar position is essential due to the volume and standard of food produced at this property.
