WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for candidates who can service inbound calls from customers to assist with their banking needs within the Card Services Department. Ideally candidates should possess excellent communication and computer skills and utilise their skill set to assist current and prospective customers in a helpful and friendly manner. Candidates should be able to utilise listening skills to ascertain the customer needs before transferring calls to other departments.

A background in financial services would be helpful but necessary but you must possess customer services skills and be comfortable working to deadlines and targets.

DETAILS

Location - Dunfermline

Start date - 30th August 2010

Salary - Up to £14635.00 depending upon experience. Excellent benefits and incentives are also available

The role begins with 7 WEEKS TRAINING - Shift Pattern is a Backshift Pattern.

Week1 Mon-Friday 2-10pm, 2.30-10.30pm, 3.00-11.00pm

Week2 Mon - Saturday (off Tuesday) same hours as above.

NB YOU MAY HAVE PREFERENCE OF WORKING SUNDAY IF SATURDAY IS NOT FEASIBLE

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY HOUR WORKED PAST 8PM WILL BE PAID AT TIME AND A HALF
