Collections Advisor J1168 Kilmarnock   £14,500 to £16,500 basic plus Bonus

The Role: 

Our client is a market leader in outsourced credit management based in Kilmarnock. Due to a major expansion they are currently recruiting more telephone negotiators to act on behalf of the UK’s top brands. Our Client requires experienced collectors to work in this fast paced dynamic environment. Through inbound and outbound calls, you will be responsible for negotiating repayment arrangements with late payers throughout the UK.

Suitable Candidates will :

Have collections experience

Have excellent communication skills

Be able to cope in a fast paced high pressured  environment

Have experience of working to targets

Provide a high level of customer service

Have excellent negotiation and organisational skills

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £14,500 plus an uncapped bonus structure

Typical Hours:

Mon - Thurs 08.55 am – 5.30 pm and Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm
