We are immediately looking to recruit a candidate to work within one of Scotland fastest growing debt recovery firms as an appointment maker. Based within the business development team, this role will be focused on arranging appointments for the Sales Manager to meet potential business that could utilise the services of the organisation.  Our client has an excellent reputation in the market place and generates a large amount of business through client referrals already. We are looking to recruit a target focused candidate who is looking to work for a professional and forward thinking business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months Business to Business Appointment making experience, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to hit the ground running. An understanding of the debt recovery industry would be advantageous, however not essential. The successful candidate will also be revenue focused and keen to develop and grow their skill set. Full product training can be given however a positive attitude and the desire to succeed are paramount.
