CNC Setter / Operator (12months FTC) Berwick Upon Tweed   £23917 per annum + shift allowance

Working within a busy factory producing Medium to High Precision components. This position has been described as high batch work and due to the sensitive military nature of the work all candidate must be able to pass MOD security clearance.

*** A Scanned Document from a recognised training body (CITB/EITB or the MOD etc.) confirming that the candidate has completed a time served apprenticeship is essential and be submitted along with the CV. ***

Other Essential Criteria include;
- The ability to gain MOD security clearance.
- CNC Turning experience
- The ability to program edit
- The Ability to set and operate numerous machines

The successful candidates will be required to work either Days / Nights or the two shift patterns detailed below;

2 shift pattern

1 week of days
8am - 4.45pm Mon- Thurs
8am - 12pm Fri

1 week of nights
10.15pm - 8am
Mon - Thursday
Pattern repeats (+ 13% Shift uplift on both days and nights).

3 shift pattern.
1 week of earlies
6am - 1.40pm Mon- Friday
1 week of lates
1.40pm - 9pm Mon to Thursday
1.40pm - 7.30pm Friday
1 week of nights
8.55pm - 6am
Mon - Thursday
Pattern repeats (+ 23% Shift uplift on both days and nights).

*Overtime is available at + 25% for OT worked on week days and + 60% for OT worked at weekends*
