The Role
The main duties of this Purchase Ledger Clerk role involves high volume (approx 200 per day) matching, batching and coding of invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, payment runs and dealing with supplier queries. The working environment is extremely fast paced and to be considered for the role, you must have recently worked in a high volume, busy accounts payable department and have dealt with a minimum of 150 invoices per day. Due to a high number of applications, Robert Half Finance and Accounting will only respond to candidates with relevant experience for this Ayrshire based position. This is a week to week Temporary role and you must be be available to start work within 5 days.
