A fantastic part-time opportunity has become available within a well known financial institution, within their busy East Kilbride Branch.
The role is for a Customer Representative who assists customers with money making decisions.
Day to day activities will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers, identifying their needs
- Selling the banks products and services
- Processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Generating new business opportunities and referrals
- Building rapport quickly and developing strong working relationships
- Ability to encourage and motivate yourself and others
Salary £11,850 pro-rata + Saturday allowance + performance bonus + excellent benefits package
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven sales track record, ideally in a customer facing environment
- Work well under pressure and toward meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and generate referrals
- Excellent communicator and good at building working relationships
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A clean credit history Past banking experience advantageous
