Manufacturing Team Leader Kilmarnock   £25,361 - £26,993

Our client a large expanding manufacturing organisation is looking for 4 Manufacturing Team Leaders for a 2 year contract.

We are looking for someone with the following demonstrable attributes:

1. Planning of shift production targets
2. Communicate Key Goals & objectives to production staff
3. Collating additional info if shift targets are not met
4. Motivation & training
5. 6s plan
6. Recording hourly / daily shift actual outputs
7. Highlighting any breakdowns or quality variance to promote 100% OTIF
8. Lead weekly group meetings with production personnel
9. Complete & authorise pass outs, absence form and SAP reconciliation forms

Skills & Experience Required

• HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Customer Focused
• Capable of using own initiative and decision making
• Must have 2 years manufacturing and producing experience at a supervisory level preferable in a TS16949 and QHS1880 accredited environment
