Our client a large Biochemicals company is looking for a Production Engineering Associate to join their supply chain team.

The purpose of this position is to create and maintain production records, specifications and MRP systems for the manufacture of GMP products.

Job Description

• Provide assessments of feasibility
• Generate quotations and manufacture costs
• Liaise with other departments to drive manufacture of product and ensure delivery dates are met
• Liaise with internal sales people and external customers
• Creating & maintaining Item Masters, Bills of Materials & batch records on SAP
• Ensure processes adopted for customer products optimise the manufacturing capabilities of the site
• Utilise CRM database
• Operate in accordance with appropriate regulatory guidelines
• Identify areas for improvement and co-ordinate improvements compliantly
• Implement global initiatives
• Facility the smooth running of the department

Qualifications Required

• Essential: First Degree in Chemical or Biological Science
• Desirable: Masters or PHD

• Extensive experience of working within a cGMP environment
• Project Management Experience
• Excellent written & oral skills
• Self motivated and able to work without instruction
• Ability to plan & organise
• Attention to detail & Accuracy
