· The candidate will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all Safety systems and procedures while implementing them as required.
· Will have the ability to follow PM procedures across a range of tool sets primarily CPM (Speedfam)
· Should be able to demonstrate good problem solving methodology to correct and prevent equipment faults, e.g. a knowledge of the 4Q’s, Why-Why Analysis, Difference Analysis, etc
· Will execute on periodic and annual personal development plans.
· Will specialise in mechanical, electrical or electronic repairs and ideally be trained in the operation of basic competence in all three disciplines.
· Will be expected to gain an understanding of key process and equipment parameters, which need to be controlled on each of the toolsets in a short learning period.
· Will have a professional approach to online priorities, working with Shift Manager and equipment engineering as required.
· Will actively participate in cross-functional team activities.
· Is expected to work with equipment engineering to reduce sPC violations through the implementation of OCAP’s
· Will actively participate in Continuous Improvement activity initiatives, i.e., SMED, RCM, and TPM as requested.
Qualifications / Experience
Previous experience working on semiconductor equipment is essential particularly CMP (Speedfam). HNC in Electronics or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required. You should have demonstrated in the past an aptitude for taking on new tasks and or responsibilities in line with continuous improvement methodology out with your normal role.

In these position candidates will work a 40 hour week, 08:30-17:00, Monday - Friday.
