Reporting to the Diffusion Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for technical support, development and sustaining engineering in the Diffusion / Deposition and Epi area with the following preferred requirements:
– Experienced in development, characterisation and manufacturability of epi layers. Device physics experience in relation to Epi process would be advantageous.
– Applied 7811 and/or ASM Epsilon and/or Applied Gemini G2 experience required at atmosphere and reduced pressure processing.
– Good formal problem solving and statistical control and characterisation techniques i.e. SPC, DOE, 6 Sigma, Taguchi, KT, TPM, etc
– Have worked as a process engineer in a high volume environment and have experience of producing full manufacturing solutions; Yield, Cost, Cycle time and Quality.
– You will focus on improving yield, wafer cost and cycle time by the introduction of new manufacturing techniques, chemicals or process equipment and by improving process control. To achieve this you will liaise with production, maintenance and other engineering departments to ensure plant goals are met or exceeded.

In these position candidates will work a 40 hour week, 08:30-17:00, Monday - Friday.
