DOWNHOLE SAMPLING ENGINEER REQUIRED. DUTIES - Liaise with clints before, during and after downhole sampling. Prepare/inspect all equipment for despatch to well site. Compile sampling reports for clients following sampling jobs. Participate in product development with Engineering team, and provide technical assistance to other departments. Carry out down hole sampling courses for clients and other locations off site. THE JOB WILL INVOVLE WORKING OFFSHORE IN UK & NORWEGIAN SECTOR. SKILLS - Recognised Engineering qualification. General knowledge of reservoir engineering. VALID UK AND NORWEGIAN offshore survival certs. Proven experience in preparation and operation of downhole samplers, Well test and surface sampling experience. Ability to compile Sampling reports for client and internal use. ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE ATTITUDE TO WORK, and be able to work unsupervised. Offshore side will hopefully become rotational. Some offshore hours guaranteed. Must be computer literate with good written and oral language skills.
