This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our Catering Department which offers prisoners the opportunity to be involved in constructive and meaningful activity whilst in custody. You will support the Catering Manager in the delivery of both catering provision to the establishment and training to prisoners which will enhance their employment prospects on release.

Essentially you will be in possession of a relevant catering qualification i.e. Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking or equivalent. You must also hold a Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.
