HMP Shotts
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional who can manage the delivery of risk assessment, mental health and prisoner programmes within HMP Shotts.
The post provides an opportunity to work with a diverse prisoner population. You will report directly to the Head of Offender Outcomes and must be able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
You must be a Chartered Forensic or be within the final year of the Chartered process and be able to provide evidence of well developed professional and managerial skills, coupled with ability to provide a strategic and operational lead within a changing environment.
It is desirable that you have extensive experience of carrying out risk assessments of offenders. You should have an understanding of the Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA).
