Care Commission All Grade-5s 63-bed Care Home with good occupancy, set in large grounds with an enclosed garden and area specifically designed for the home by the Prince's Trust.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running and operational performance of the care home, as well as the effective management and development of the nursing and support worker team.

Person Spec:
• Experienced Care Home Manager.
• NMC First Level Registered Nurse.
• Leadership & Management Award (LMA)/Registered Management Award (RMA) or the understanding you would require to complete LMA on appointment.
• Good communicator with strong management skills.
• Good knowledge of clinical governance and upholding all relevant codes of practice and legislation.
