Due to the planned development of Fostering Relations, we are seeking to appoint a Supervising Social Worker to join our small, friendly and enthusiatic team based in Dalgety bay, Fife. The role entails the recruitment, assessment, training, supervision and support of foster carers.

You will have a professional qualification in social work and have at least 2 years experience of working within a childcare setting, preferable family placement. You will have a professional approach, communication skills (both verbal and written) and IT knowledge and a committment to ensure best practice in a family placement setting.

You should have a good knowledge of the fostering regulations and the National Standards.
