Senior Administrator Falkirk

Senior Administrator required for this well known organisation who operate in the distribution area within the energy sector. The group encompasses many brands and has in excess of 1900 employees. A well-established and securely placed company who value their staff and develop from within.

The role involves supporting the organisation through supervising an administration team who assist in the financial/commercial aspect of the business. Within this department there are bulk invoices/supplier payments, reconciliations, and accurate recording and reporting of information. . You will be involved in managing the team and ensuring that work is performed to the highest standard at all times.. You will be responsible for any staffing issues and expected to solve quickly and effectively.

The right candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and must have previous supervisory experience of a financial administration team .You will have excellent numeric skills and possess a strong ability to prioritise workload. You will also have excellent IT and communication skills
