An excellent opportunity has arisen for HR Specialists to join and enhance the service offering of this well established “Employer of Choice” during an exciting period of change. You will join a forward thinking, innovative HR team and be able to make a true impact on the business by delivering professional, customer focussed HR partnering to the business.

These roles are an exciting prospect for experienced HR professionals to join this internationally recognised organisation and develop within core specialisms. You must be able to demonstrate proven experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Reward
• Employment Law
• Organisation Capability
• HR Systems
• Equality & Diversity.

You will support HR project work in order to enable continuous development of HR strategy, essentially ‘adding value’, and to play a lead role in the implementation of defined strategies from conception to completion by enabling the translation of strategy into operational delivery and by contributing to the operational planning process.

You will be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification and be able to demonstrate a competence in all areas of transactional HR.
