Our client covers 24 hrs 365 days a year therefore candidates should be flexible to work on a shift rota.
The 1st line helpdesk support provides support to their clients by appropriately logging and assigning such calls to the most appropriate engineer. the helpdesk support is responsible for updating the management system and where appropriate proactively identifying and escalating SLA Breaches.
