We are currently looking for a Part Time Logistics Administrator to work 16 hours per week on a long term temporary basis. The hours of work are 08:00-16:30 over two days with a half hour lunch. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and focused individual to join a market leading organisation.

Duties

To assist the Logistics department in all activities including the recording and control of transport movements

Deal with customer and supplier enquiries by telephone, in person and correspondence

Ensure compliance with all legislation, codes of practice and Health and Safety guidelines.

Understand the UK regulations regarding abnormal loads

Provide work/time/cost analyses for completed work and estimates

Process information through SAP

The ideal candidate will have experience within a transport or logistics environment and should have experience using SAP.

Due to the location it would be advantageous to have access to your own transport.
