Your day to day job will involve:

  • Receiving and responding to all incoming calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines
  • Effectively handling all enquiries using a variety of tools in order to contribute to the achievement of company strategy and objectives
  • Dealing with all customer contacts efficiently, meeting or exceeding their expectations of the company

Skills required

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Customer service skills (preferably gained within a contact centre, customer service or retail environment)
  • The ability to build rapport with customers
