Avenue Scotland is a leading recruitment agency who is looking to source a Plant Operating Foreman, for our client's bespoke manufacturing facility currently being constructed in the Falkirk area. Our client is a long established organization with an excellent reputation for providing innovative solutions to their industry customers.

The role of Plant Operating Foreman is a hands-on, working manager's role, who will oversee the manufacturing process which converts natural materials into finished products. The role requires an appreciation of the need for high quality output and good attention to detail. Continuous observation and fine tuning of the manufacturing process is a key factor of the job.

This key position might suit someone who currently holds a position of responsibility; preferably plant supervision within a process engineering or mechanised environment. Experience in the operation of rotary driers, screening and packaging would be an advantage. This role will include management of additional operational staff as the plant commissions.
