At Set in beautiful and inspiring surroundings, Ballikinrain School  “Include me in” Services, supports boys with behavioural and learning needs to integrate themselves back into their own communities.

Based at Ballikinrain Residential School, Balfron, near Glasgow, you will provide support to the individual residents to gain greater independence and self-reliance. You will be required to be a good team worker with highly developed communication skills, the ability to motivate people and a readiness to be flexible and adaptable in your approach. You must be flexible regarding hours worked as the rota covers 5/7 days including weekends. The initial requirement is for an immediate start and a fixed term contract position however there may be the opportunity for the contract to be made permanent in the future.
