You will possess the qualities and competencies required to offer care and support to vulnerable people living in their own homes and must be able to demonstrate commitment and flexibility to service users.

Minimum of two years experience in a support role or equivalent is preferred, with knowledge of the National Care Standards for Care at Home and Housing Support Services, be able to demonstrate a positive leadership approach with good verbal and written communication.

Successful candidates will be expected to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Comprehensive induction and training will be provided to all successful candidates.

A valid driving licence and access to a car is preferable but not essential.
