Office Manager - Glasgow - £25,000 - 6 month contract

A rare opportunity for a committed and pro-active individual to join this small not-for-profit organisation initially on a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities will include to name but a few;


- Staff management of 2 junior members of staff
- Updating the organisations website
- Writing a monthly eshot/newsletter
- Events organisation including a large annual conference
- Monthly financial submissions
- Overseeing the finances of the organisation on a day to day basis
- Attending Health & safety meetings
- Sourcing & Maintaining IT service provision
- Presentations
- HR administration This is a challenging and fast-paced role where the ability to delegate, multi-task and communicate effectively are essential. The successful applicant must be able to start in the post on or before September 20th.
