Our client is a leading specialist in their field by providing innovative engineering solutions to a wide and varied range of customers.
The role
They currently have a requirement for Prefab Foreman to join them initially on a temporary basis with a view to permanency after a probationary period. The general requirements of this role are:
- Experience of fixing reinforcing steel for the construction industry and the ability to read rebar drawings.
- Experience of MIG welding
- Experience of managing a team of fixers or welders to production volumes and deadlines
It would also be beneficial although not essential if candidates possess:
- Some form of H&S qualification
- First aid training
- Fork Lift truck License
Candidates will also have the desire/ability to work overtime when the business requires (evenings and Saturdays) so a degree of flexibility is essential.
