Experienced Accounts Clerk required for small friendly company

The candidate should be a motivated and reliable individual with experience working within an accounts office.

 Sage Line 50 experience,  Excel & Word. 

The successful candidate will be required to match, batch & code all purchase invoices taking them to payment stage, deal with any discrepancies or queries direct with suppliers, monthly statement reconciliations, submission of CIS to HMRC, weekly payroll calculation from timesheets, previous knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP & SMP would be desirable, answer switchboard and general office duties.

37.50 hours per week – Monday to Friday  9-5pm

  Only suitable candidates with sage line 50 experience will be contacted
