Head Housekeeper - 4 star Hotel - £22,000 + Stirling

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Housekeeper to join this stunning 4 Star hotel in the Stirling area.

As Head Housekeeper you will be required to:

·   Manage the day to operation of the Housekeeping department.

·   Organise train and develop the Housekeeping team.

·   Ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained and exceeded in both guest bedrooms and public areas.

·   Report to GM/Maintenance any issues that may arise.

·   Liase with Reception on a daily basis regarding room cleanliness/allocation.

·   Linen stock control and ordering.

·   Working to agreed budgets and targets.

This is going to be a hands on role so you will need to be organised and pro-active in your approach to work with strong leaderships skills.

You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis which will include week-ends. Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper within a Hotel environment is essential.
