Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for their beautiful hotel set in a stunning location.

Reporting to the General Manager your role would include:

• Full operational responsibility for all aspects of the food and beverage operation
• Maximising sales opportunities and driving departmental profitability
• Implement and monitor departmental training and development plans
• Responsible for Health and Safety compliance within the Food and Beverage department

The Person we are looking for will have:

• Previous experience in the Food and Beverage management and the ability to display excellent customer care skills
• Operational experience in bar and restaurant departments
• Proven man-management, coaching and team building skills
• Good understanding of H&S legislation
• Excellent banqueting experience Good Financial awareness and experience in managing budgets 

In return you can expect a salary of up to £22,000 + benefits. Live in accommodation is also available at a small charge.
