An excellent opportunity has arisen for a large Financial Services client based in the Dunfermline area for Customer Service Advisers to join there busy and expanding team. This is a excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service or sales experience.

The role is dealing with in bound customer service calls in a busy call centre. In each call you are then target to make a sale - this a great challenge to set yourself every call you take.

The chosen candidate must be able to work shifts between 8am-10pm Monday - Friday and occasionally Saturday shifts.

The right candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferable within the Financial Services sector but this is not essential. Sale experience would also be a benefit for this role along with an excellent phone manner and a great team player attitude.

This role will be subject to a Credit Check.
