In line with team and market growth, we are seeking an experienced individual to be based in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office to develop our Legal recruitment on an international basis, working alongside an already successful team.

This role will be focussed on attaining business from our current clients in the above sectors, as well as sourcing new business through business development and cross selling with colleagues. A professional outlook and the ability to work effectively with demanding candidates and clients is paramount to success. The successful person will have to work in a methodical manner in this market, whilst paying particular attention to detail and having the ability to gain a thorough understanding of clients and candidates backgrounds and needs.

Ideally, you will come from a Legal recruitment background, however we will consider recruitment professionals from other sectors as well as Legal professionals who are keen to take their career in a new direction. Either way, you should be a pro-active and driven individual who enjoys working to monthly targets and achieving business development success.
