Our client is looking for two Production Supervisors for an immediate start in their large manufacturing facility. The positions are initially for a two year contract.
The succesful candidate should be able to demonstrate and discuss the following:
- Man management skills
- Problem solving techniques
- Lead and acitivate change within a fast moving manufacuring or production company
- Lead a team of 25 operators or more
- Root cause analysis, understand and implement
- Challege, lead and motivate others
