Business Financial Planner - Ayrshire, Lanarkshire & Borders
Job Description
In this role you will work closely with Business Relationship Managers to plan and manage activities to exceed individual sales targets through the provision of suitable advice to customers on Financial Planning and appropriate Retail products.
Requirements
- FPC3 or CEFA Qualified, with a commitment to complete AFPC -minimum 6 months out of the last 24 with "Competent Adviser Status"
- Experience of sales of Corporate products e.g.: Director Share Protection, Key person and Company Pensions
- Ability to relate to a wide range of people, including Company Directors
- Able to conduct a Fact Find and Presentation meeting on a group basis, including the client's Accountant and Solicitor
- A successful team player
- Proven track record in delivering results
- Driving licence may be required (no more than 6 current points)
Responsibilities
- Undertake compliant customer interviews in order to recommend and sell suitable Financial Planning products
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain/develop excellent relationships
- Provide feedback/coaching to Relationship Managers and other Retail staff in relation to their performance/objectives in a positive and timely manner
- Plan and monitor performance against individual objectives and overall sales targets
- Regularly update your Relationship Managers on opportunities, initiatives and results
Package
£27,500 - £41,700 + car allowance + bonus + 25% benefits package
