Product Development Chemist Ayrshire North   £Attractive DOE

Due to continued growth and development an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Product Development Chemist to join our client’s successful manufacturing organisation. You will be responsible for working within the NPD team, managing the product from conception through to completion. This includes all product formulation and performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the process, from initial laboratory work, through claims support, key sign off and manufacturing scale up are delivered on time and to cost.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level within Chemistry or another relevant subject coupled with experience within a similar NPD role. Strong project management and commercial skills are essential. This role will suit a dynamic, highly organised individual who has an analytical mindset.
