Eden Scott is currently recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager to join an exciting blue chip corporation based in the central belt of Scotland on a fixed term basis.

As part of our Client's group change team, you will provide programme and project management capability, delivering large change programmes of work.

The ideal candidate will posses strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships throughout the organisation.

This role involves:

• Working Closely with Finance and Technology you will identify and deliver change that supports the customer operations customer plan
• Delivery of a programme of work acting as a central management point
• Strong leadership and excellent communications skills to manage complex change to multiple stakeholders
• Developing new ideas into projects that are defined and deliverable to ensure business benefits are realised

The candidate will ideally possess the following skills and experience:

• Degree or equivalent level work experience
• PRINCE 2 or APM practitioner
• Ability to lead and motivate a virtual team to ensure successful project delivery
• Senior level experience in Capex control/Change management processes
• Extensive experience in cultural change techniques and proven hands on experience of Change Management
• Budgetary and financial management experience at a senior level
• Extensive Agile experience and knowledge of risk management techniques
