We currently have an opportunity to work in Glasgow for an individual with a passion for both sales and technology to join us as an experienced Recruitment Consultant.

A proven track record in a similar recruitment role is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a specialist team and to work alongside a manager who has over ten years recruitment experience in the Scottish market.

The main duties of the role will be:

To generate recruitment revenues to meet own sales targets and sales activity targets and to contribute to sales targets of Sales Manager.

To build and develop new client business relationships to generate high margin business via daily cold calling, networking or other means.

To develop and secure contract sales revenue against own sales target.

To manage all aspects of client relationships

To identify client opportunities and leads, to secure and qualify contract requirements from these

To resource and fill these requirements, generating margin against personal sales target or team contribution required.

To provide comprehensive reporting on activities and achievements on a weekly basis, where necessary.

To review media sources for up to date information about the industry and for new candidates on a daily basis, i.e. Internet media.

To arrange and attend new client visits where relevant with Senior Consultants or Permanent Consultant/Sales Manager.

To effectively liaise and manage resourcers activity with regard to your specific roles and requirements.

To assist the Resource Manager/Director in sales training of resourcers.

To understand and introduce relevant business areas of Spring to all clients.

To build and maintain activity spreadsheets for all clients and conduct quarterly reviews with senior management within client.

To apply best practice to all procedures, writing up meetings, face to face job specs, attending interviews and conduction and writing up reviews.

To contribute to team support and delivery to contract sales opportunities.
